What is this job?
The Human Resources Manager will support a full range of projects; including, but not limited to: policies, practices, and programs to support HRIS systems, onboarding, compensation and benefits administration, performance management, employee relations, recruitment, and compliance.
The Human Resources Manager Is Responsible For

• Administration of established HR policies
• Assisting with benefit administration and enrollment
• Maintaining employee time off requests and timecard records via ADP TotalSource
• Executing payroll through ADP TotalSource
• Overseeing company HRIS: ADP TotalSource
• Managing employment records
• Driving recruitment efforts and managing recruitment platforms; including, but not limited to: JobScore, Indeed, ZipRecruiter, and Monster
• Supporting department heads with employee development and disciplinary matters

Qualifications

• Exceptional interpersonal skills
• Excellent listening and comprehension skills
• 5+ years of human resources experience required
• Remarkable attention to detail
• Phenomenal verbal and written communication skills
• Must have experience working with ADP TotalSource

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in related field required
