Our top client currently has an opportunity available for a Human Resources Generalist to support their latest ground-up commercial projects. HR generalists must have good decision-making abilities and a comprehensive understanding of employee relations, personnel management, and training in order to be successful. The best candidates will be skilled at scheduling, at handling uncertainty, and meticulous in the hiring procedure.

Human Resources Generalist Responsibilities


  • Find possibilities for strategic talent sourcing
  • Maintain the office's cleanliness, order, and organization, especially in the common areas
  • Create programs to increase employee engagement and manage their execution
  • Plan on- and off-site team-building events
  • Creates and carries out staff performance reviews in collaboration with management
  • By working together and convening meetings with hiring managers and corporate executives, recruitment efforts can be made more productive overall
  • As the building management company's point of contact, maintain the facilities
  • Produce diversity reports to be distributed to the leadership team
  • Respond to employee issues quickly and affordably to reduce risk to the company
  • Create and carry out employee learning initiatives as necessary
  • Control every aspect of the organization's office operations
  • Maintain receipts and invoices while keeping track of office supplies and consumables (printing equipment, PPE, snacks, and beverages)
  • To enhance metrics and address issues, identify, examine, and report on applicant funnel metrics and other recruitment KPIs


Human Resources Generalist Qualifications


  • Demonstrated capacity for establishing confidence fast, as well as knowledge of and support for the aims and preferences of the organization
  • A high level of honesty, professionalism, and the capacity to safeguard information and data privacy
  • A business, human resources, or organizational behavior bachelor's degree
  • Direct encounter assisting a variety of company activities
  • Preferable professional HR certifications include SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, SPHR, and CPLP
  • 4-6+ years of directly relevant job experience in human resources, acting as a business partner and offering direct advice and assistance to executives
  • Excellent analytical abilities are required to deliver HR programs and strategies that successfully solve company issues using data and a fact base
  • Preferable is ADP workforce experience
  • Good analytical talents, mental flexibility, sound judgment, and solid decision-making skills
  • Information systems for human resources must be familiar with
  • Excellent ability to multitask and commitment to finishing the task
  • Strong learning agility with the capacity to comprehend, integrate, and draw connections between many business elements, as well as to identify and put into practice viable talent solutions
