About The Opportunity


  • Our top client currently has an opportunity available for a Human Resources Generalist to support their latest ground-up commercial projects
  • HR generalists must have good decision-making abilities and a comprehensive understanding of employee relations, personnel management, and training in order to be successful
  • The best candidates will be skilled at scheduling, at handling uncertainty, and meticulous in the hiring procedure


Human Resources Generalist Responsibilities


  • To enhance metrics and address issues, identify, examine, and report on applicant funnel metrics and other recruitment KPIs
  • Respond to employee issues quickly and affordably to reduce risk to the company
  • By working together and convening meetings with hiring managers and corporate executives, recruitment efforts can be made more productive overall
  • Find possibilities for strategic talent sourcing


Human Resources Generalist Qualifications


  • Direct encounter assisting a variety of company activities
  • Preferable professional HR certifications include SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, SPHR, and CPLP
  • Excellent analytical abilities are required to deliver HR programs and strategies that successfully solve company issues using data and a fact base
  • 4-6+ years of directly relevant job experience in human resources, acting as a business partner and offering direct advice and assistance to executives
  • A business, human resources, or organizational behavior bachelor's degree
  • Preferable is ADP workforce experience
