A successful HR Assistant at Conax Technologies will p rovide administrative assistance and support the day-to-day coordination of processes, programs, and initiatives of the Human Resources Team.
As our HR Assistant, you will have exposure to the many aspects of HR and will be counted on to support the day-to-day coordination of processes, programs, and initiatives of the Human Resources team. We are looking for someone who is able to maintain high standards of confidentiality and who is willing to help in all areas to support the team. No two days are alike in HR and your day could range from doing scanning and digital file maintenance, helping our Supervisors and Managers with our HR and Time Management System, planning and assisting with internal company events, to assisting with recruiting. In HR, we set the example and are looking for someone who exemplifies our core values of integrity, commitment, innovative thinking, customer service, and teamwork.
