Overview:
Under limited supervision, performs complex benefits analytical and technical support and research in the administration of all co-worker benefits. Ensures Mercy Values are reflected in all aspects of the departments operations. Performs duties and responsibilities in a manner consistent with our mission, values, and Mercy Service Standards.
Coordinate work efforts with other Benefit Support Center, Leave and Benefits and Wellness members to ensure that our department provides a best in class experience for our Mercy co-workers
Analyzes data, identify issues and recommends improvements based on data results/best practices
Support vendor file management and issue resolution
Perform regularly schedule audits and support HRIS system improvements
Manage several complex projects simultaneously while working under pressure to meet deadlines
Other duties as assigned
Communicate effectively with Benefits, Leave and Wellness Administration teams along with internal and external business partners

Qualifications:
- Other: Strong analytical skills and a thorough knowledge of benefit plan designs. Advanced computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft, Excel, Word and a large-scale HRIS. Excellent communication and organizational skills. Strong writing skills
- Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in benefits administration
- Required Education: Bachelors Degree or equivalent in Human Resources, Health Promotion, Management or Business Administration
