- Create and maintain HR reports and metrics to track employee performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable HR laws and regulations.
- Attend job fairs and other recruiting events to promote the company and attract top talent.
- Provide HR support to managers and employees, including coaching, counseling, and conflict resolution.
- Manage the company's social media presence and assist with employee engagement initiatives.
- Perform various administrative duties, such as filing, data entry, and answering employee inquiries.
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including posting job openings, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and extending job offers.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including timecards, payroll, and benefits information.
- 3+ years of experience in an HR Generalist role.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and HRIS systems.
- Passion for HR and a desire to make a positive impact on the company and its employees.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field.
- Strong knowledge of HR laws and regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Must be Bilingual in English and Spanish
