Hr Generalist Jobs

We are looking for an HR Generalist to provide support within our Cash team. You will partner with HRBPs to bring HR programs to completion. You will collaborate with partners to oversee and deploy projects both within specific teams. Your success means helping HRBPs turn ideas into reality and coordinating impactful People programs to promote employee engagement. You will help change and improve these programs as we continue to grow.

You Will:

• Facilitate trainings, onboarding for employees, and be an HR point of contact.
• Assist HRBPs in creating surveys and reports.
• Work on both administrative and project-based work across different HR programs, such as the annual performance review cycle, bi-annual promotion cycle, and Pulse survey.
• Develop a partnership with teams, both locally and globally, such as HR Operations, Learning & Programs, People Analytics, Office Experience, Compensation, Benefits, Talent, IT, and Security.
• Escalate concerns beyond your scope and navigate employees and leads to the right team.
• Oversee the end-to-end project management of ad-hoc projects, such as team reorgs, talent reviews, team-building exercises, and M&A work.

You Have:

• Experience implementing processes that scale.
• Ethics around confidentiality and sensitive information.
• 3+ years of HR, operational, project management, or program management experience.
• Experience managing multiple ongoing programs

Even better:

• Well-practiced facilitation skills
• Experience working with HR systems (e.g. Workday, Visier, Glint)

Block takes a market-based approach to pay, and pay may vary depending on your location. U.S. locations are categorized into one of four zones based on a cost of labor index for that geographic area. The successful candidate’s starting pay will be determined based on job-related skills, experience, qualifications, work location, and market conditions. These ranges may be modified in the future.
Zone A: USD $103,900 - USD $126,900
Zone B: USD $96,600 - USD $118,000
Zone C: USD $88,300 - USD $107,900
Zone D: USD $77,900 - USD $95,300

This role is also eligible to participate in Block's equity plan subject to the terms of the applicable plans and policies, and may be eligible for a sign-on bonus.
