Knowledge & Experience

• Collaborative and service-oriented, positive and focused in times of adversity
• Strong business acumen
• Good leadership skills
• Superb organizational and time management skills
• 5 years' experience in the capacity of HR
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• BS/BA degree in HR, communications, psychology or related field preferred
• Must have the capacity to quickly learn and navigate HRIS programs and HR functional systems and practices
• Knowledgeable regarding full cycle recruitment and candidate sourcing, including wage and compensation
• Possess good judgement, professional attitude, self-starter, resourceful, and takes full ownership of this role and responsibilities
• Must have strong problem-solving skills and an analytical approach
• Superior knowledge using MS Office suite

Full-time position, flexibility with hours.
Pay: $80-$90k + weekly bonuses
