Job Description
Job Summary:


The Human Resources Coordinator assists in the daily functions of the HR department including, HRIS Data entry and maintenance, onboarding of all consultants and employees and providing stellar customer services to all employees. The coordinator is responsible for managing orientation of all new employees, credentialing of all doctors and coders and clinical staff. This individual will manage reference checking/drug screening and background checks. This role provides administrative support to the human resource department, including payroll, recruiting, record-keeping, file maintenance and HRIS entry. Provides stellar customer service to all MedReview employees.


Duties/Responsibilities:


  • Maintains employees’ files to ensure accuracy and compliance in Namely HRIS.
  • Conducts orientation for all new employees and handles the processes for onboarding for employees first day.
  • Manages all Halo ticket requests and works with IT for new hires and terminations.
  • Works on other assignments and/or projects as needed or assigned.
  • Keeps track of all certifications of staff and ensures all certifications are up to date.
  • Collaborates with finance on fiscally related items.
  • Responds to all employees HR related inquires.
  • Manages onboarding of all employees and consultants.
  • Supports the HR department to make “a great place to work” experience for all employees and consultants.
  • Conducts monthly reviews of all credentialing in NPBD and ABM.
  • Manages credentialing for all physicians, coders and nurses.
  • Will be an active member of the events committee.
  • Reconciles monthly invoices and submits to finance for payments.
  • Manages training compliance matters and stores completed training certificates in Namely.
  • Provides support to the HR Department.
  • Provides assistance in recruiting in scheduling interviews and preparing background checks, credentialing and references. Partners with Recruiter, HR Manager, and Sr. Director in recruiting efforts.
  • Partnering with the HR Manager, prepares and manages payroll processing with Finance.


Required Skills/Abilities:


  • Ability to function well in a high-paced fast-moving environment.
  • Willingness to take on new assignments/project as needed.
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
  • Working understanding of human resource principles, practices and procedures.
  • Experience with Namely a plus.
  • Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.


Education and Experience:


  • Experience in the medical field a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree in human resources or related field and/or equivalent experience.
  • Medical credentialing experience preferred.
  • At least two years related experience required.
