Pacific Coast Producers, a growing agricultural cooperative with food production facilities across the West Coast, is seeking to fill Human Resources Clerk position with a qualified, capable individual for our The Dalles, OR Production Facility.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities

The Human Resources Clerk is responsible for providing administrative support to the Human Resources department during. The HR clerk typically includes the following duties and responsibilities:

• Provide general administrative support, including answering phones, filing, and data entry.
• Assist at front office to answer questions from employees or public.
• Assist employees with orientation and benefits paperwork and answer any questions they may have.
• Ensure that employee records are up-to-date, accurate, and properly filed.
• Retrieve reports as needed.
• Communicate with various departments/teams to ensure coverage issues are resolved.
• Other duties as assigned.
• Assist with Employee event planning.

Job Requirements

• Basic level of computer proficiency.
• Reliable and able to maintain excellent attendance.
• Experience working in an office environment.
• High level of attention to detail and flexibility.
• Strong organizational and administrative skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Bi-lingual candidates preferred.

Pay Rate: $18-$21 per hour. Weekend and overtime hours required when needed.
