Help Desk Specialist Jobs

The client is one of the leading labor brokers in the US. They take pride in installing services for retailers and manufacturing companies. They are looking to grow and expand their IT Team by bring on a Help Desk Specialist.
In this role you will be mainly responsible for supporting Tier 1 and Tier issues. You will also be utilizing ticketing systems to resolve any errors or ticketing issues. The ideal candidate for this role will have experience working in a Windows environment, MAC, Active Directory, Group Policies, Office 365 or Microsoft 365.
This position is Contract-to-hire, in office 4-5 days a week, and located in Grand Prairie, TX. Hourly range around $15-20/hr.
Required Skills & Experience

• Ability to install and troubleshoot software
• Ability to configure and support internet browsers
• High School Degree or equivalent preferred
• Help desk or technical support experience preferred
• Mobile application support experience
• Knowledge and experience of troubleshooting Office 365 applications
• Microsoft Office Products knowledge
• Customer service experience in a call center environment

Desired Skills & Experience

• Certifications in Microsoft O365 or Azure
• Good written and oral communication skills
• Ability to work in team environments
