As Guest Service Manager, you'll manage the general day-to-day functions and operations of reservations, telephone and guest service agents. You'll also play a part in contributing to the revenue growth of the hotel, and in ensuring guest satisfaction by providing efficient, professional, and friendly service according to hotel standards and policies.

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience - Four years previous hotel reservations and guest service experience in a high end establishment. - Must have a strong knowledge of PC operation. - Must be extremely adept communicator and fluent in oral and written English. - Ability to work well in a team environment. - Ability to assimilate information, data etc. from various sources. - Must have passion and desire to meet and exceed exceptionally high standards and be efficient in handling problems in workplace, including anticipating, preventing, identifying and solving challenges as necessary. - Be effective at listening to, understanding and clarifying concerns and issues raised by co-workers / associates / guests. - Attention to detail and high degree of self motivation and initiative.
