Front Desk Medical Receptionist

Well-established Internal Medicine practice in Dayton, TN has an immediate full-time opportunity available for a professional individual for our front desk responsibilities. Join our support team to assist our dedicated professionals who put our patients’ needs as their highest priority.

To ensure exceptional customer service for our patients and providers, the successful candidate will have strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication and computer skills, the ability to provide excellent customer service, and will be an effective team member. They will represent our practice by answering phones, greeting patients at check-in and out, scheduling appointments and procedures, and performing insurance verification and authorizations.

This position requires prior medical or dental office experience.
