We are seeking a skilled Graphic Designer and Video Editor to join our team. The ideal candidate should be proficient in both graphic design and video editing, with extensive experience in Adobe Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and Premiere. This position will primarily focus on creating engaging visual content for various platforms, including social media, presentations, and videos.

Responsibilities:

• Demonstrate flexibility and availability during core hours to collaborate with the team effectively.
• Design email banners, PowerPoint decks, and other visual materials using Photoshop and InDesign.
• Maintain a balance between white space and visual elements, adhering to a professional aesthetic.
• Incorporate quotes into social media graphics, ensuring a cohesive and professional look.
• Utilize personal hardware and have access to their own Adobe Suite licenses.
• Edit and enhance video content, including the creation of a quarterly town hall highlight reel (4-5 minutes), which requires patience and meticulous attention to detail.
• Complete an average of 8-10 hours of work per week.
• Work closely with the CEO during the creation of important video projects.
• Assist with animation and motion graphics by assembling existing creative elements.
• Collaborate with the team to create visually appealing and impactful graphics for social media platforms, with a particular emphasis on LinkedIn and Instagram.

Requirements:

• Effective communication skills and the ability to collaborate with team members.
• Excellent attention to detail and the ability to deliver high-quality work within deadlines.
• A comprehensive portfolio showcasing graphic design and video projects and their applications.
• Proficiency in Adobe Suite software, including Premiere and/or Final Cut for video editing, as well as Photoshop, InDesign, and Illustrator for graphic design.

• Strong understanding of social media platforms and their visual requirements, particularly LinkedIn and Instagram.
