Freelance Graphic Designer Jobs

Location: Hershey, Pennsylvania

Job Type: Contract

Compensation Range: $35 - 45 per hour

Our globally recognized client is looking for a talented Freelance Graphic Designer to join their team on-going/as needed support. In this role you will be responsible for creating visual concepts, communicating ideas, and designing solutions for our clients' branding and marketing needs. The ideal candidate is comfortable working within brand guidelines and local to the Harrisburg/Hershey, PA area, or greater Philadelphia.

This role is open to remote candidates in the regional area.

Responsibilities:

• Lead campaign and asset development in collaboration with our creative, portfolio and direct-to-consumer teams.
• Iterate on design based on feedback from team members and internal clients.
• Shape design decisions in response to creative performance.
• Concept, develop, and build a variety of creative assets (experiential promotional materials, signage, emails) to support our marketing and business objectives.
• Work on multiple projects simultaneously, and stay focused on the marketing objective.
• Perform quality control on all design, ensuring creativity aligns with our brand guidelines and creative brief.

Qualifications:

• 2D (4 years of experience is preferred)

• Possess mastery skill level of Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office Suite (Teams, Outlook, PowerPoint, etc.).

• Have 4+ years Graphic Design Experience.
• Be able to work on multiple projects simultaneously.
• Be able to work from creative briefs.
• Photoshop
• Experience level: Experienced
• Education: Associate's degree in Graphic Design required, Bachelor's degree preferred.
