Food & Beverage Supervisor Jobs

Job Duties:

The Food and Beverage Supervisor will be responsible for the seamless operations of the food and beverage areas assigned. Ability to manage all aspects of the food and beverage operations, provide exemplary member service, and foster a family atmosphere are required. The ideal applicant must be hard-working, dedicated, and have a willingness to exceed expectations.

Responsibilities include:

• Plan, hire, train, oversee and manage the members of staff.
• Plan, forecast and execute food and beverage orders.
• Track and order shipments.
• Oversee and supervise the welcoming of customers.
• Process customer complaints patiently.
• Plan alternative recipes for customers with special dietary needs.
• Always strive towards an exceptional customer experience.
• Communicate and build strong relationships with vendors.
• Adhere to food, health, and safety standards.
• Check food and beverage supplies and place orders when needed.

Minimum Requirements: 2 years of experience in Food and Beverage operations (Country Club)

Special Skills: Knowledge of wine, beer, and liquor. Able to stand/walk for 8 hours or more: bending, squatting, reaching forward, lift up to 50 lbs. Experience in a similar club environment preferred.

Rate of Pay: $54,829 per year
