Job Details

Essential Duties And Responsibilities

• Could also include, but not limited to, the day-to-day transactions and reporting for the company, and corporate wide reporting
• Prepare month-end account reconciliations
• Evaluating and optimizing accounting processing
• Intercompany reconciliations and eliminations
• Identify trends in financial performance and provide recommendations for improvement
• Timely present performance to the Corporate Controller, Director of Accounting, & CFO
• Testing internal controls over processes
• Act as a resource reporting directly to the Corporate Controller
• Assist with month-end billing
• Analyze current and past financial performance
• Collaborate with other members of the finance team to maintain financial systems & support
• Maintaining divisional financial reporting and accounting
• Ensuring accurate records & financial statements

Education and/or Experience

Qualified candidates will have a bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance, plus two to five years of related experience and/or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Active CPA is not required but preferred. Proficiency in 10-key and Microsoft Excel is required. Solid understanding of basic accounting principles. Mas90 and/or Sage software experience is helpful.
