About the Opportunity
Reporting to the Assistant Manager, Environmental Services, the Environmental Services Worker is responsible for ensuring a clean and safe environment and, occasionally, the availability of clean laundry and linen for clients and staff. The Environmental Services Worker exhibits sound judgment and initiative while working within the Mission, Vision and Strategic Directions and incorporates into daily practice the Core Competencies and Values of the organization.
About You
We would love to hear from you if you have the following:
- Exhibit strong communication and interpersonal skills including the ability to follow written and oral instructions
- Commitment to promoting a culture of respect that supports safety, ethical practices, cultural awareness and organizational health
- Competencies in other languages an asset, French preferred
- Grade 12/GED or equivalent work experience required
- Exhibit strong communication and interpersonal skills including the ability to follow written and oral instructions
- Willingness to learn, accept direction and work effectively in a team environment following established policies and procedures
