Enterprise Architect Jobs

Leverage expertise in technical and business strategy to collaborate with Senior Technology leaders of various domains to support strategic decision making.

• Provide consultation services to improve domain technology delivery and operational efficiency.
• Own and drive the Enterprise Architecture governance process and influence decision making for senior technology leaders by leveraging research and fact-based recommendations for various domains.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies to lead the partnership with delivery teams and domain leadership on architecture areas to include business, application, data, Cloud/infrastructure, security, integration, operations and support, in preparation for S3/S4 meetings and Architectural Review Board meetings.
• Provide thought leadership and build strong stakeholder partnerships to articulate current state, target state and roadmap of a given domain.
• Maintain internal control standards, including timely implementation of internal and external audit points together with any issues raised by external regulators as applicable.
• Influence senior technology leaders' decision making by synthesizing research and fact-based recommendations from Enterprise Architects to support the domain in the Enterprise Architecture governance process.
• Research, understand and apply existing, new, and emerging technologies and trends to determine their potential impact on technology domains.
• Promote an environment that supports diversity and reflects the brand.
• Identify and communicate opportunities and approaches for solving domain problems that may include new products, new platforms, or system enhancements to domain leadership.
• Identify risk-related issues needing escalation to management.
• Additional Duties as assigned.
• Drive the planning and design of strategic initiatives that require architecture oversight and guidance.
• Create and maintain reference materials for use by the technical delivery team to ensure consistent and compliant solutions for enterprise level architecture patterns.
• Understand and adhere to the Company's risk and regulatory standards, policies and controls in accordance with the Company's Risk Appetite. Identify risk-related issues needing escalation to management.
• Translate the enterprise's technology future-state architecture vision into principles, guidelines, standards, and patterns to ensure alignment with broader strategic goals.

Requirements
Bachelor's degree and 9 years of relevant work experience, or in lieu of a degree, a combined minimum of 13 year's higher education and/or relevant work experience
Experience negotiating, influencing, and achieving alignment with senior technology and business leaders
9 or more years of experience in developing and integrating applications using relevant software architecture principles and patterns
Broad technical experience and understanding of multiple disciplines, including Hybrid/Private Cloud architecture approaches, IaaS, PaaS, container strategy, serverless compute, X86 compute and virtualization, block, file & cloud storage, enterprise networking, perimeter security technologies, application migration approaches and FinOps
Experience with automation and orchestration, infrastructure and operations, enterprise integration, application architecture, cybersecurity architecture with respect to Hybrid Cloud and external hosting.
Experience with market leading OEMs for cloud and on-premise technologies – Azure, Cisco, Arista, etc
Experience in driving and delivering innovation within the realms of on-premise and Cloud
Experience in utilizing architectural frameworks
Experience working with enterprise architecture tools
Knowledge and understanding of industry patterns for application architecture and integration
Excellent understanding of strategic and new and emerging technology trends, and the practical application of existing, new, and emerging technologies
Experience in architecture modeling to strategically plan capabilities within domains
