Job Description
:
3M is seeking Electro-Mechanical l Assembler for our Eden Prairie, MN location.
Starting pay: $20.99/hour
Responsibilities:
  • Assemble, test, and package units and accessories per the assembly procedures to meet the production schedule
  • Records information on device history records (DHRs) for traceability
  • Responsible for identifying and troubleshooting problems that are encountered during the manufacturing process and notifying department manager and engineers of those problems
  • Responsible for recommending process improvements that increase the quality or efficiency of building units and accessories
  • Performs visual inspections of components prior to and during assembly
Required:
  • Possess a High School Diploma/GED or higher (completed and verified prior to start)
  • Be able to work on 1st shift (4:30a-3p, M-Th).
