  • Updates operating platforms at time of patient arrival.
  • Maintains and develops reports as requested by Director of Patient Services.
  • Maintains records of receipts and petty cash as needed for patient transport.
  • Coordinates (transports) patient drop off to home, airport / Sober living, etc. as needed.
  • Schedules maintenance and repairs of vehicles as needed.
  • Assists Maintenance Department and/or Clinical Department as needed when not involved in patient transport.
  • Ability to shift priorities to meet departmental needs.
  • Must have a valid driver’s license with clean record.
  • Working Knowledge of Microsoft Office/programs.
  • Ability to maintain communication and professionalism in conflictive situations
  • Responsible for scheduling regular cleaning of all vehicles.
  • Coordinates (transports) patient pick up as requested through operating platforms.
  • Maintains compliance with AAC policies and procedures compliance with state regulations.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Transports patients to appointments as requested by Transportation/ Admission team.
  • Supports and promotes an environment of Customer Service.
  • Ability to plan and utilize time and resources effectively.
