Job Description

As a Director of Operations, you will manage and coordinate the field operations team to ensure the training of quality coaches for the successful implementation of Elevo’s programs through your region and maintain positive relationships with staff and the community.

  • Build and maintain relationships with Operations Managers, Sales team members, and district partners to make decisions regarding operational activity.
  • Devise strategies to ensure the success of programs by identifying and implementing process improvements.
  • Customer service and quality control: ensure the team is following each touchpoint of the customer service journey, meeting with school and district leadership, and responding to customer feedback.
  • Develop, implement, analyze, and monitor day-to-day operational systems and processes that provide visibility into goals, progress, and obstacles for our key initiatives.
  • Meet with the leadership team to plan short and long-term performance targets and track progress.
  • Work closely with cross-functional departments (sales, recruitment, field operations) to plan program launches, and ensure the team is producing deliverables on time.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS

  • Masterful organizational, communication, and leadership skills, demonstrated by previous professional success
  • Experience with budget and business plan development
  • 5+ years of working experience in program supervision

The target annual base pay range for this position is $85,000 - $130,000 Final pay determinations may depend on various factors, including, but not limited to experience level, education, geographical location, knowledge, skills, and abilities.
