What You’ll Be Doing
You will inspire your team to care as much as you do and take every step necessary to ensure that they are equipped to deliver the perfect in-room experience for our guests in an attentive, friendly, efficient and courteous manner, providing all guests with quality service and a clean and safe environment throughout their stay. You will ensure a profitable operation by keeping purchasing costs and labor expenses in check, and keep all aspects of your organization running smoothly.
The Must Haves
- Ability to lift up to fifty pounds

- Be active for long periods of time, as many as eight hours.
- Most of all, you’ll understand that you are the person who has the greatest impact on our guests’ experience, and you’ll take a thoughtful approach to their needs.
- A great eye for detail.
- Three to five years of experience in housekeeping in the hotel industry, and have held a leadership role (Manager+) for at least two years.
- Big picture thinking and planning for the department, outside of day-to-day operations
- Open availability. Must be prepared to work various shifts including weekdays, weekends and holidays.
