Job Description
This product manager who joins this team will be able to build new technology and power extraordinary transaction experiences for customers/users.
As the product manager, you will be working closely with engineers, architects, other product owners, and business leaders. You will spend working with other stakeholder and product leads on the team to define, refine and deliver various initiatives which power and transform customer/user experiences. Demonstrating strategic thought leadership, as well as delivery of best practices, you will leverage your deep understanding of platform capabilities to make informed decisions that will deliver features and capabilities which result in increase in financial value and operational efficiencies for the firm. Job responsibilities
  • Be a Technical & Customer Problem Solver - Ask questions and define the problem and where our platform sits in the Chase ecosystem. Understand the technologies and approaches in use and those we should be using to lead our objectives for these technical products
  • Manage key relationships - Work with engineering, architecture, and a diverse set of product teams across the enterprise to understand their needs, further integration with recommendation engine, and lead results
  • Own the product roadmap for core features and components - Craft the product roadmap for key elements of the Utilities Platform and Lead these features from discovery through launch
  • Communicate effectively and frequently - Be vocal. Share strategy, roadmap, progress and insights broadly and systematically. Craft the ideal narrative and cadence for different partner and stakeholder audiences

Required qualifications, capabilities and skills
  • BA/BS degree required or relevant experience
  • Ability to translate disparate insights and data sources into clear, measurable, scalable features and deliverables.
  • Ability to build and maintain, productive relationships with engineers and technical partners, and an ability to translate customer needs into clear technical requirements
  • 3+ years of experience as a product owner, preferably with experience managing technical platforms and/or data-focused capabilities
  • Team player and leader who can inspire action and performance their team and builds credibility across the enterprise
  • Demonstrated ability to lead change through influence and collaboration across a matrix organization in a highly dynamic environment.
  • Excellent written and presentation skills a must
