Registered Dietitian/ Part Time position

As we prepare for our next generation of service, we are seeking a part time Clinical Nutritionist to join our Food & Beverage Department.

• Education or Equivalent Experience: Bachelor’s Degree
• Dietary Clinical Nutritionist- Responsible for completing clinical paperwork and keeping all forms and charting information up-to-date. Proficient with MS Office, Word & Excel. Nutrition background with ability to work accurately & independently.
• Assess HCC Residents’ nutritional and health needs. Counsel Residents and families on nutrition issues and healthy eating habits. Develop meal and nutrition plans, taking both Residents’ preferences and budgets into account. Serve as member of a Health and Wellness team, promoting great nutritional health and encouragement for all levels of care.

Supervisor/Managerial Experience: May assist in supervising

Function Specific Experience: 2-year related work experience.

• Certification Requirements: Registration required. Certification as required by local state regulations.

This part-time position requires excellent communication skills, supervising background a plus, good level of organizational and computer skills, and attention to detail.
