Job Description
Your Day To Day Responsibilities Will Focus On
  • Communicating by phone, video, and email with coworkers and customers
  • Working within databases and processing records
  • Providing clerical and administrative support to members of Libertys management team
  • Data entry, verifying data and editing data
  • Fielding, organizing and processing mail, email, and faxes
As a full-time employee of Liberty Healthcare in this Administrative Assistant role, you can expect:

Liberty Healthcare will provide you with a computer and other basic office technology.
The work schedule for this position is Monday through Friday from 8am to 5pm.
You are a good fit for this position if you possess the following:
  • Excellent time management, organization, problem-solving, verbal and written communication skills
  • Solid computer and data entry skills
  • Proficiency with databases as well as Microsoft Excel and Outlook
  • Experience in an administrative or clerical support role
  • Dependability and the ability to be productive with a high level of autonomy
You should have a dedicated workspace within your home. Although this is a virtual / remote role, residency in Oklahoma is required, as you will occasionally be required to meet in-person with coworkers.
