Position Summary: In this role, you will be providing operational support to our Claims Team and other branch staff. Please see position details below: The pay for the position is $17-20/hr, with benefits starting on Day 1. This will be a onsite role in our 190 New Camellia Blvd, Covington, LA 70433 The schedule is Mon - Friday, 8:30am - 4:30pm or something similar. No weekends! What You'll Be Doing: Performs a variety of claims related duties. Resolve customer service inquiries by either phone or email. Composes correspondence, corrects grammar, punctuation, and spelling. Compiles data for reports. Responsible for data entry of new client information into Gallagher systems. Uses Microsoft Office to produce reports, presentations, or other documents.
