Job Description

Smile is a technology company that helps companies understand the experience of their clients and employees. We operate in over 10 countries and we are currently developing our strategy for the US and other markets.


Our clients are large companies in the banking, insurance and electronic commerce sectors, which is why we demand the highest levels of demand


We are looking to add a Customer Experience Analyst to the team to support the management of our networks.


Roles and responsibilities:


- Elaboration of CX surveys (NPS, CSAT, CES etc.)

- Generation of CX measurement dashboards

- Monitoring for integrations via API

- Support companies in the development and monitoring of the use of the platform

- Analyze


Technical requirements:


- Previous experience in Customer Experience.

- Basic knowledge of customer management tools.

- Excellent english communication, writing and spelling.

- Advanced or graduated student, with experience in the areas of management or communication.
