We are looking to add a Customer Experience Analyst to the team to support the management of our networks.
Roles and responsibilities:
- Elaboration of CX surveys (NPS, CSAT, CES etc.)
- Generation of CX measurement dashboards
- Monitoring for integrations via API
- Support companies in the development and monitoring of the use of the platform
- Analyze
Technical requirements:
- Previous experience in Customer Experience.
- Basic knowledge of customer management tools.
- Excellent english communication, writing and spelling.
- Advanced or graduated student, with experience in the areas of management or communication.
