About this role:

We’re looking for a Creative Manager to join our marketing creative team. This role will be responsible for inspiring and influencing the creative direction of the Devoted brand and marketing assets. The ideal candidate will oversee the work of creative team members with a focus on process, execution, quality, accuracy, and operational readiness. They’ll be responsible for building and maintaining a culture of collaboration and design excellence while keeping the team focused on business needs, accuracy, and performance to deliver best-in-class, consumer-facing materials.
Responsibilities will include:
  • Manage multiple projects and priorities at the same time.
  • Focus on business needs and understand Devoted Health’s strategic goals.
  • Demonstrate cutting-edge thinking, high creative aesthetic, and knowledge of marketing, advertising, and branding solutions.
  • Foundationally understand CMS rules and regulations to ensure materials are compliant.
  • Deliver strategic solutions that help our internal stakeholders reach their objectives by listening, asking, hearing, prioritizing, and translating each request into strategic concepts.
  • Instinctively understand our target customer (65+ individuals) and how to design just for them by taking complex information and making it visually easy to digest and understand.
  • Assure that timely and clear communication takes place between the creative function and the business partner function.
  • Regularly analyze the creative team, their environment, their processes, and their technologies to determine areas needing improvement.
  • Help build a culture for the creative team with team health, transparency, communication, collaboration, and continuous improvement top of mind.
  • Inspire the creative direction of Devoted by acting as a strong contributor to the strategic and creative development of corporate and marketing needs.
  • Collaborate and contribute to the creative process as a creative lead and a member of the business leadership team.
Desired skills and experience:
  • Supports Creative Director as requested.
  • Strong project management skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail for both design and accuracy.
  • The ability to effectively work under tight deadlines and to critically and creatively problem-solve.
  • Must display creativity, dynamic/forward thinking, demonstrate excellent people skills, and have a strong work ethic.
  • Proactive and judicious in giving and receiving critical feedback.
  • Strong and versatile design portfolio with 5+ years of experience in the creative industry ideally in a fast-paced healthcare or medical insurance environment.
  • In-depth understanding of the terminology and processes associated with print and digital production.
  • A link to your portfolio is required
  • A solid understanding of hyper compliant organizations and approval processes.
  • Strong mastery of the Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Acrobat), typography, composition/layout.

Salary Range: $91,300 - $100,900 per year
