Job Description
Logan Simpson is an award-winning, multidisciplinary consulting firm that specializes in environmental consulting, cultural resource management, community planning, and landscape architecture design services. Logan Simpson has an immediate opening for a part-time or full-time Corporate Administrative Assistant to work in either our Tempe, AZ office or our Fort Collins, CO office. This position has flexibility to work between 20-40 hours per week within regular business hours.


Responsibilities Include: Provide executive assistance to the CEO with various tasks and special projects, including assistance with the implementation and management of corporate strategic action plans. Prepare materials for Executive Leadership Team, Principal, and Shareholder meetings, including meeting packets, presentations, and notes. Assist with standardization of firmwide branding and processes. Assist with various corporate tasks depending on skills and interests including website updates, business cards, graphic design tasks, marketing support, human resources support, and other projects. Provide back-up for front-desk tasks such as answering the phones, distributing and creating mail/deliveries, and arranging travel. Other administrative or project tasks as needed, commensurate with skills and abilities, depending on workload availability.


Position Requires: 1 year of general office or administrative experience, preferably supporting an executive or senior leadership. High school diploma or equivalent. Ability to ask clear, direct questions and use resources at hand to complete tasks with minimal direction, and with minimal need for others to follow-up. Strong interpersonal, communication, and critical thinking skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically MS Word and MS Excel. Proactive, detail-oriented, and organized. Excellent ability to multi-task and adjust to daily changes in priorities. Be able to work cooperatively in a team-oriented setting. Ability to use discretion and confidentiality with sensitive information. Must be fully vaccinated against COVID-19. Preferred Qualifications: Experience and/or degree in Business, Marketing, or Accounting. Industry experience (or interest) in environmental consulting, landscape design, community planning, or cultural resources. Experience with InDesign or WordPress.


Compensation: This is a full-time position paid on an hourly basis between \$21.00 - \$29.00 per hour, depending on experience and education. Benefits are offered to staff members scheduled to work a minimum of 25 hours per week.
