Job Description
The Innovative Community Services (ICS) Community Coordinator plays a large role in the planning and implementing of the various programs and initiatives within the ICS division. The ICS division focuses on the following; community wide focus, development, capacity building, large reach and bolstering systems change.
Responsibilities:
-Assist in development and implementation for ICS projects/programs
-Assist in ensuring program/project deliverables are executed
-Nurture and develop community partnerships at all levels (community, local, state)
-Provide support and task centered direction for ICS interns
-Facilitate, Develop and oversee Community Events and Trainings
-Familiarize with all FYI personnel/programs
-Exhibit skills in comprehending, interpreting and completing delegated tasks efficiently
-Ability to adapt to changes in the work environment, manage competing demands, and is able to deal with frequent change, delays, or unexpected events without losing sight of objectives or completing tasks
-Exhibit exceptional team collaboration skills
Qualifications:
-Bachelor's degree or advanced education/combination of similar experience
-Must pass a CYFD Criminal Records Check
-CPR/First Aid (Training will be provided)
-CPI (Training will be provided)
