Mattress Firm is excited to announce the opening of the Commercial Sales Representative (Remote) position!

Our Commercial Sales Reps earn a competitive salary + commission + individual and team bonuses. If you’re ready to take the next step in your sales career and join an elite sales team, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:
  • Source new clients via cold calling, e-mailing, and social selling across applicable social media platforms.
  • Contribute to team sales goals by meeting and exceeding personal sales goals.
  • Negotiate with prospective clients to find mutually beneficial solutions to their project needs.
  • Travel up to 10% of the time to trade shows, conferences, and potential client meetings.
  • Must have the ability to adapt your sales pitch to sell to a wide variety of business categories.
  • Documenting all interactions with current and prospective customers in our CRM.
  • Serve new and existing customers by exceeding customer expectations.
Sales Professional Qualifications/Skills:
  • Strong computer skills, including MS Office programs (Word, Excel, Outlook), CRM tools, and ability to navigate the internet
  • Prospecting skills
  • Client relationships management
  • Presentation/Negotiation/Closing skills
  • Outstanding planning and organizational skills.
  • Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Passion for sales
