ResponsibilitiesThe Cashier position is an entry level customer facing role responsible for managing customer payments for Parts/Service/Sales, and incoming calls for the dealership. It is extremely important to maintain a positive demeaner with a keen attention to detail and organization.

• Placing weekly/monthly supply orders.
• Assisting office staff and other departments with various tasks as needed.
• Receive customer payments in system and ensure daily collections balance.
• Filing dealership documents.
• Replenishing “Star Bar” daily.
• Scheduling Service appointments.
• Answer and disburse all incoming calls with a welcoming attitude.
• Accurately cashing out and closing repair orders and parts sales orders.
