Job Summary: Working as a Caregiver in our Community Based Care facility you will maintain the highest quality of care by ensuring our residents needs are met while providing supportive companionship. Sapphire will provide the training and resources to keep our Caregiver's engaged and retain top quality skills. RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Assist residents in their daily living activities

Maplewood Ave., Bellingham, WA 98225 WHO WE ARE: Located in the beautiful Pacific Northwest, Sapphire Woodway in Bellingham, WA is a three story Assisted Living and Independent Living building. With 67 units and the capacity of 80 total residents, Woodway is a huge resource for the local medicaid population. • Complete required documentation timely and accurately
