We are seeking a full-time Millwork Drafter/Engineer for custom projects. Duties include interpreting architectural drawings and transform them into working shop drawings that will be submitted for approval. This position is also responsible for creating Cut Lists, Wiring Diagrams and ordering custom parts as required.

Job Duties:

• Create bill of material.
• Interpret customer drawings to produce a working shop drawing including plans, elevations, sections, and details.
• Maintain budgeted hours on assigned orders.
• Obtain quotes for custom materials.
• Prepare files for CNC programming.
• Ensure project scope is in line with the estimated price.
• Submit drawings for approval, make redline corrections as required.

Job Qualifications:

• 2+ years construction / Millwork experience.
• 2+ years Solid Works/CAD experience
• Experience with shop machining and assembly techniques.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting due dates and maintaining the highest level of quality.
