Associate's Degree- 1-2 years exp 
Exp w/ navigating systems, applications, Outlook and Microsoft Office 365

Business Systems Analyst (Hybrid, 2-3 days onsite)
Location: Nashville, TN 37203
Length: 12 months 
Overview: 
The main function of a business systems analyst is to analyze science, engineering, business and all other data processing problems for application to electronic data processing systems.
A typical business systems analyst is responsible for analyzing user requirements, procedures and problems to automate or improve existing systems and review computer system capabilities, workflow and scheduling limitations. 
Position’s Contributions to Work Group:
Our Card system access and support.
Entry level general business analyst type activities and small system enhancements.
Typical task breakdown:
Gather requirements from business units and translate those to programmers and developers.

Interaction with team:
Will interact with the team frequently, every day.
Work environment:
Steady work load, will have assistance with questions and very collaborative team work environment.
Education Requirements:  
Associates Degree or higher will be preferred.
0-2 years’ experience required.
Will consider with higher education level and experience.
Technical Skills

Ability to navigate systems, applications, Outlook and Microsoft Office 365

Verbal and written communication skills, problem solving skills, attention to detail and interpersonal skills.
Basic ability to work independently and manage one’s time.
