Business Analyst Jobs

Maganti IT Resources LLC is seeking one professional for the full-time position of a Business Analyst at a competitive salary for our Waterbury, CT office.

Facilitate business sales calls with prospective clients together with Solution Architects, Sales Leads and Project Managers; Document business requirements; prepare business plans with budget analysis, resource allocations working along with Project Manager; Develops requirements for information systems from a project’s inception to conclusion. Develops required specifications for simple to moderately complex systems. Develop and document test cases, testing plans and procedures in an agile environment. Design and execute IT software tests, evaluate results to ensure compliance with applicable regulations. Design and prepare all needed test data. Reviews test results and evaluate results for conformance to design. Develop and document test cases, testing plans and procedures in an agile environment. Develop and maintain automated regression and integration test plans for validation. Communicate test results and feedback with development teams.

Ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and anticipate team needs along with ability to operate and promote an environment of teamwork; Strong ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical teams and users. Able to triage change requests, incidents during all phases of design, development, testing and training.

Minimum degree required for this position is bachelor’s degree of Computer Science or a related field.
