Job Description

Work From Home -Customer Service!

Location: Quiet Private Space in your home!

Hours: Vary-must be available until 8pm

Pay: $15 an hour

Are you a Customer Service Rockstar? Do you have a dedicated workspace at home free from distractions? Are you technology savvy, detail-oriented, with the drive to succeed in a fast past environment? Responsibilities:

  • Assist Customers by answering a variety of questions in a polite and professional manner
  • Handle all inbound and outbound calls, chats, and emails
  • Document all phone call and decisions

Qualifications:

  • Strong Written and Verbal Communication Skills
    • High Data Entry Accuracy and at least 35 WPM
  • Microsoft Office, Windows Navigation, and Zendesk or similar software experience
    • Ability to quickly learn new software
  • High Data Entry Accuracy and at least 35 WPM
  • Bi-Lingual: English and Spanish Preferred
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent
  • Reliable Internet Access
