Basic Job Function:Effectively lead and supervise operations within the Guest Services department, with specific focus and responsibility for the related areas Cloister Hotel Bell Stand, Door Person and Valet. Promote Sea Island hospitality and ensure Five Star standards are achieved on a daily basis. Greet, escort and accommodate Cloister Hotel guest and ensure that the guests’ needs are satisfied.
