Summary


This position is responsible for developing tactics that will support the UC Zeposia Access Strategy for Access and HCP customers as defined by the Director, Access Marketing, Zeposia. You will design, implement, and monitor metrics plus appropriate tactics in effective partnership with various BMS matrix teams (eg. Brand Marketing, Field Sales, AEs, iARMS, RMKs, HEOR, Segment & Value Marketing, Market Research, PReP, and BI&A).


Key Responsibilities


  • High level collaboration with VAP and Brand M/R/L advisors
  • Lead the development/evolution of UC access and accessibility resources so field teams can successfully plan and message to local access dynamics
  • Partners with PASS, iARM and other VAP partners to implement/refine training opportunities to maximize pull-through
  • Helps coordinate cross function matrix alignment including sales, brand partners, patient affordability, iARM, and Field Access teams for strategic projects and tools
  • Mining payer, physician, biologic coordinator and office manager access/accessibility insights and translating into business opportunities
  • Manage UC Op Ex payer budget to ensure effective execution of tactics are aligned with brand plan
  • Maintains and optimizes UC payer analytical tools
  • Develop and evolve UC Payer Value Prop given the rapidly moving Immunology market (biosimilars, new market entrants, etc.) by applying customer insights and market research


Qualifications & Experience


  • BA/BS degree or equivalent
  • Additional competencies include strategic planning, marketing analytics, immunology disease area knowledge, customer / competitive insights and seasoned judgement
  • Demonstrated ability to drive execution of key initiatives and meet all deadlines
  • Experience and knowledge of promotional regulatory processes
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to effectively and efficiently drive performance within a matrix organization, and form strong, productive partnerships
  • Strong business acumen including a solid understanding of healthcare channel funding flow and specialty product value creation
  • Demonstrated ability to work across boundaries and partner with various stakeholders to build consensus and achieve results
  • 2-3 years of relevant Access experience, customer facing Market Access role or relevant market access functional experience (eg. Pricing & Contracting, Reimbursement, Policy)
