Job Description

Job Summary:

We are currently seeking an organized, proactive, and dedicated Manager's Assistant to support our management team. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and multitasking skills, as well as a keen eye for detail. As the Manager's Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office, assisting with various tasks related to supply chain management, and supporting company-wide initiatives. Key Responsibilities:

1.Provide administrative support to the management team, including scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, taking minutes, and organizing travel arrangements.

2.Maintain accurate records and documentation related to the company's supply chain, including purchase orders, invoices, and shipping documents.

3.Assist with the coordination of import and export activities, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and requirements.

4.Communicate with suppliers, customers, and other stakeholders to facilitate timely and accurate information exchange.

5.Prepare and maintain reports and presentations to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and support data-driven decision-making within the organization.

6.Assist with the planning and execution of company events, trade shows, and marketing initiatives.

7.Support the onboarding and training of new employees, as well as the development of training materials and resources.

8.Conduct market research and monitor industry trends to help identify new business opportunities and potential risks.

9.Manage and maintain an efficient filing system for company documents and records, ensuring data privacy and confidentiality.

10.Perform other duties as assigned by the management team to support the company's overall objectives.

Required Qualifications and Skills:

1.Bachelor’s degree in business administration,supplychainmanagement, or a related field.

2.A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in an administrative or support role, preferably within the food import, distribution, or retail industry.

3.Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and familiarity with office management software and tools.

4.Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and work under pressure.

5.Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with a diverse range of stakeholders.

6.Knowledge of food import regulations, customs processes, and industry trends is preferred.

7.High level of attention to detail and accuracy, with a commitment to maintaining the highest standards of quality.

8.Ability to work both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

9.Proactive and adaptable, with a willingness to take on new challenges and learn new skills.
