For more than 50 years Cold Stone Creamery has served up the finest, freshest hand crafted Ice Cream using only the highest quality ingredients and need an Assistant Manager to assist the Store Manager and maintain and grow this great brand at our location in Hampton Virginia. We are looking to hire an Assistant Manager to join our team, with room to grow within the company as we expand our area over the next few years. This position requires you to work Monday-Friday 11 am- 5 pm. We’re looking for a hard worker who is loyal, seeking long term employment and someone who is self-motivated to bring out the best in not only themselves but the team around them. • Maintaining a clean, organized store at ALL times
• Ordering/Receiving product and supplies
• Maintaining a safe and secure environment
• Maintaining adequate levels of prepared product
• Make fresh ice cream, cakes, cupcakes, cookie sandwiches, waffles etc
• Take customer ice cream, smoothie and waffle orders
• Offer top notch customer service in a FUN and FAST PACED Quick Serve Restaurant (QSR) environment

Qualifications:

• Must have Manager Food Handler’s Certification
• Possess the ability to work independently
• Must be able to meet deadlines
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment
• 1-2 years previous restaurant management experience preferred
• Able to work weekends and holidays
• Provide premier customer service
• Possess and maintain a positive attitude
• Specialize in decorating standard cakes as well as construct custom designs upon request
