Our client, a well-established and reputable company, is looking to hire an Assistant Controller to start right away. This is a hybrid position, requiring 2-3 days per week onsite in their Bernardsville, NJ office.

Opportunity Awaits.
- Pay Range: $100-120k
- Maintain relationships with financial institutions and insurance companies.
- Lead a variety of special projects as needed.
- Developing processes to increase efficiency of monthly closings.
- Overseeing timely & accurate distribution of financial management reports, monthly close/financial statements, support year-end, annual budgets.
- Oversee accuracy and timeliness of processing accounts payable, expense reports, cash control, accounts receivable, billing, and cash application.
- Strong communication and attention to detail.
- Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Healthcare industry accounting experience is a plus.
- Bachelor’s Degree, ideally in Accounting or Finance.
- Proven experience in accounting, including monthly/annual close.
