Title: Application Support Analyst

Pitch in to the building of the SMART tech platform at AdIntel. SMART platform is used by advertisers for creative ad tracking and ad spend monitoring across 23 traditional and digital media channels.
Responsibilities:
  • Hire, mentor and provide a career growth path for the team.
  • Contribute in making platform stable and performant.
  • Prioritise features, bugs and tech debts.
  • Innovate, solve business problems and have a bias for action.
  • Product, design and analytics teams.
  • Own and deliver a high impact roadmap that will delight customers.
  • Lead the ways of working and have a data first approach.
  • Build trust and lead the relationships with various partners across engineering, business,
  • Contribute to a culture of technical excellence.
  • Lead the scrum teams.
Requirements:
  • Having SAAS product building experience is a plus.
  • Excellent technical skills having strong Java background.
  • Hands-on expertise in Java, SpringBoot, Apache SOLR, MongoDB
  • Should be very strong in system design.
  • BE/BTech or higher degree in Computer Science/Engineering or equivalent experience.
  • Strong communication skills to collaborate with technical and non-technical team members.
  • Should have expertise in AWS cloud platform.
  • Expertise on handling large volume of data is a plus.
  • 3+ years of software development experience.

The salary range for this role in Pennsylvania is 71,500-119,100 Annual. Your final base salary will be determined based on several factors which may include but are not limited to location, work experience, skills, knowledge, education and/or certifications.
