Job Description

Reports To: Director – Professional Services
Location: Chesterfield, MO (West St. Louis County)

HL Group, Inc. is a 22-year-old, privately held, software manufacturer, based in Chesterfield, MO. As we continue to enhance the features and functionality of our mobilePLUS product, we are expanding our development team with additional experienced / mature developers.

Position Summary

HL Group, Inc. is seeking talented individuals to be major contributors within our product development and implementation team. The position requires knowledge and skills in programming techniques and software design. Our solutions are implemented in a Microsoft-centric environment with optional interfaces to ERP and other third-party host environments.

Required Skills

Ideal candidates will have a minimum of 5 years of proven experience and the willingness to be a team player, sharing knowledge with other team members. In addition, candidates should be proficient in the following areas:

  • SQL Server Database & Management Studio (SSMS) – construct complex SQL statements and SQL scripts
  • Demonstrate a creative and positive attitude to overcome challenges
  • Microsoft Visual Studio .Net development C# – Web Page / Web Service / Application
  • SQLite Database
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
  • Ability to manage time and priorities, without supervision, while completing multiple assigned tasks
  • Demonstrate leadership and foster a collaborative team approach
  • Xamarin Forms
  • U.S. Citizenship
  • Communicate clearly and concisely using strong written and verbal skills
