DESCRIPTION/JOB SUMMARY


To provide administrative, continuous improvement and implementation support for company initiatives and projects related to Lean Methodology and Process Documentation


Responsibilities/Duties


  • Focus on continuous improvement, and consistently demonstrate good business judgment
  • Help facilitate administrative support for company-wide 5S efforts
  • Support Manufacturing Engineering activities as requested
  • Ensure all safety and security rules are strictly observed and any accidents, incidents or injuries are promptly reported to management
  • Assist with organization and cleaning of work area, keeping aisles and walkways clear at all times
  • Lead projects or implementations of new or updated manufacturing practices
  • Stealth retains the discretion to modify duties and/or assign other duties as necessary
  • Provide procedural support for manufacturing training, to include development and implementation for internal product transfers
  • Support creation of and updates to Quality Management System documents that pertain to manufacturing process descriptions
  • Work effectively with all Stealth departments to exceed internal and external expectations

  • Excellent verbal, written and presentation communication skills


Required Experience


  • 2 years of administrative support experience


Preferred Experience


  • 1 year of experience supporting process documentation creation and updates
  • Current or previous successful employment experience with Stealth Products (directly, independently or through a third party)


Required Education


  • High School Diploma or GED


Preferred Education/Certification


  • Associate’s Degree in a technical field
  • Lean/Six Sigma Green Belt certification


Required Qualifications


  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship now, or in the future
