In this role, your primary responsibility will be to support our senior management team with a wide range of administrative tasks. Your excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to thrive under pressure will be essential. As a remote position, you'll enjoy the flexibility of choosing your working hours within the 7 AM - 7 PM EST timeframe.
Responsibilities
Take charge of managing the active and complex professional calendars of multiple senior executives, proactively resolving scheduling conflicts and ensuring effective time management.
Collaborate closely and effectively with executives, keeping them informed of upcoming commitments and responsibilities.
Handle various administrative duties, including travel arrangements, expense reports, meeting coordination, and email/contact management.
Present yourself professionally, representing our company positively when interacting with clients and colleagues.
Demonstrate exceptional poise and professionalism when managing high-stress situations and working with strong personalities.
Build strong relationships within the organization, following established protocols, policies, and procedures for sound decision-making.
Maintain the highest level of discretion and confidentiality at all times.
Perform other related administrative tasks as needed.
Qualifications
Strong written and verbal communication skills that exceed expectations.
Excellent team player with a customer service-oriented attitude.
Meticulous attention to detail to ensure accuracy in all tasks.
Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines, prioritize assignments, and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
Resourceful and self-motivated with the ability to work independently and proactively.
Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook and Teams, as well as Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Punctuality and reliability are non-negotiable.
Preference given to candidates based in Florida.
