Account/Operations Coordinator - Stm Charters

Mission: This position is primarily responsible for assisting Account Executives with procuring charter flight costs for standard brokerage trips, assembling the contracts for confirmed charters in Stack Aero (SA), completing lower level operational duties as designated by your Team (communicating with both clients as well as vendors), and assisting in 24-Hour service required for the successful oversight of client’s charter flights. Sourcing, dispatching, transportation logistics, aviation experience ideal. This is an entry-level position and may work remote.

Outcomes/KPIs:

• Assemble client contracts in Stack Aero and assist in monitoring time between sales stages
• Demonstrate a curious mind and willingness to learn new skills
• Organize and distribute charter flight COGS from STM vendors and our internal ACMI staff
• Assist with completing designated operational tasks as assigned by Charters Teams related to both customer and vendor information
• Collaborate with Charters Team on a 24-Hour service plan to assist in monitoring the charter flight needs of STM clients
• Represent STM and STM Charters in a professional manner
• Assist with NCAA Championship Travel on an “as needed” basis

Technical Skills:

• Remote work sites must have dependable high-speed internet and dedicated workspace.
• Experience with Salesforce a plus.
• Ability and willingness to learn new programs/processes that may be adopted moving into the future
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint & Outlook).

Qualifications:

• Previous aviation experience preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Self-starter with ability to focus on goals without constant direct leadership or oversight.
