Job Description
The account manager will oversee the account portfolio in Cleveland County, NC; meeting clients, responding to emails and phone calls from property management and clients, adhering to P&L budgets working directly with porters, cleaners, and supervisors to ensure customer needs are met as described on the cleaning scope of work. Ordering supplies, Submitting time records for staff. The salary for this position starts at $50K depending on experience and education.   • Must be proficient with Microsoft Office products and be able to operate and maintain site-specific programs
  • Must have attended and successfully passed the training.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships
  • Develop trusted advisor relationships with key accounts, customer stakeholders and executive sponsors
  • Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives
  • Internal candidates must have an exemplary performance and attendance record with NO disciplines within a year of applying for this position
  • Must be able to multitask.
  • Must be flexible as the position is on call 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
  • Must have at least 2 years of janitorial management experience or experience in a related field. A College degree may account for ½ of the experience qualification.
  • Skilled and proficient in MBWA and strong Client Relation
  • Clearly communicate the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders
  • Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits
  • Exceptional customer service skills
  • Assist with challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed
  • Collaborate with sales team to identify and grow opportunities within territory
  • Serve as the lead point of contact for all customer account management matters
  • Develop new business with existing clients and/or identify areas of improvement to meet sales quotas
  • Prepare reports on account status
  • Forecast and track key account metrics (e.g. quarterly sales results and annual forecasts)
