We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Account Coordinator to join our ecommerce web development agency. The Account Coordinator will be responsible for supporting account managers in maintaining relationships with clients, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of projects, and assisting in the management of project requirements. The ideal candidate will have strong communication and organizational skills, as well as a passion for ecommerce and web development.

Responsibilities:

• Communicate with clients on project progress and any updates or changes
• Support the company's overall mission and goals
• Ensure timely and accurate delivery of projects, coordinating with internal teams to meet client needs
• Provide administrative support to the account management team, including scheduling meetings and managing calendars
• Assist account managers in maintaining relationships with clients
• Assist with the preparation of client proposals and presentations
• Manage project-related documents and records, ensuring they are up to date and organized
• Stay up to date on ecommerce and web development trends and industry news
• Assist in the management of project requirements and timelines

Requirements:

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with clients and internal teams
• Familiarity with ecommerce and web development concepts and terminology
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple projects and tasks simultaneously
• Passion for ecommerce and web development and a desire to continuously learn and grow in the industry.
• 1-2 years of experience in account management or coordination, preferably in an ecommerce, web development or marketing agency
